North Liberty man pleads guilty to lascivious acts
IOWA CITY — A North Liberty man pleaded guilty Tuesday to lascivious acts with a child.
Ronald A. Mulder, 47, pleaded guilty to the charge on the day he was scheduled to go to trial for third-degree sex abuse based on allegations involving a 13-year-old girl in October 2012.
The charge of lascivious acts is a Class C felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000. Mulder's sentencing is set for June 21 in Johnson County District Court.
