Newhall man pleads not guilty to abusing 10-year-old girl
In a written arraignment Wednesday in Benton County District Court, Travis J. Lund, 30, of Newhall, pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree sexual abuse and lascivious acts with a child.
Lund is accused of having inappropriate contact with a 10-year-old girl.
