New Mexico man arrested on Iowa molestation warrant

LAS CRUCES, N.M. (AP) - A Las Cruces, N.M., resident has been arrested for allegedly molesting young girls while he lived in Iowa.
Las Cruces police spokesman Dan Trujillo said on Tuesday that 54-year-old Robert Wilson is being held in Dona Ana County jail on $150,000 bond.
Trujillo says Wilson moved to New Mexico in 2005 and isn't believed to have committed similar crimes since his arrival.
He's accused of two counts of criminal sexual contact with a minor. The crimes are alleged to have occurred when Wilson lived in the Iowa towns of Pella and Altoona.
Las Cruces police assisted the Iowa State Police in building the case.
