New features launch Monday in Green Gazette app
Live news will now be a part of Green Gazette app

The Gazette offers audio versions of articles using Instaread. Some words may be mispronounced.
Beginning Monday, the Green Gazette app will include live, updated news in addition to the daily digital replica of the newspaper.
As you enter the updated app experience, you’ll be asked whether you want to see the digital replica or live news.
The digital replica portion of the app will not be changing. The live news portion includes updates throughout the day and new user features.
You’ll be able to flip easily between the digital replica and the live news. You’re also able to share articles, photos and other pieces of information on social media, as well as select your favorite articles. Read aloud and offline reading mode are also supported in the live news portion of the app.
The additional features are already included as part of your subscription and only require downloading a quick update of the app.
The change is being made as we sunset a stand-alone Gazette news app, which required a separate download. We believe the new app will provide a simplified and more complete reader experience.
Users of the news app we are phasing out will begin noticing ads directing to the new app beginning later this week.
Thanks for reading,
