Morning crash injures Springville man
CEDAR RAPIDS - A Springville man was taken to St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids after sustaining non-life threatening injuries when he crashed his car in southeast Cedar Rapids Saturday morning.
Nicholas Joyce, 29, was driving west on Cottage Grove Avenue at around 9:50 a.m. when his vehicle lost control on a curve and went off the road, coming to rest on its top. Joyce was wearing his seat belt.
The crash is still under investigation.
