More information released in Shellsburg bank robbery

SHELLSBURG - Several agencies are investigating a Wednesday afternoon bank robbery.
Dispatchers received a call at approximately 2:08 p.m. from employees at the Wells Fargo branch at 114 Pearl Street Benton County Sheriff Randy Forsyth said a white male walked into the bank, displayed a handgun and demanded money.
A release from the Iowa State Patrol says the suspect is approximately five feet, four inches tall and in his late 20s or early 30s. Witnesses told investigators he was wearing a black calf-length trench coat, black jeans, a blue baseball hat with white lettering. He was also wearing black-framed glasses and a fake purple beard with white elastic straps.
No injuries were reported in the robbery.
The suspect was last seen walking east on Jones Street, according to investigators.
