MASON CITY, Iowa (AP) - Police in Mason City have arrested two women in connection with an early morning burglary.
Police responded to a call of a possible home burglary after midnight Tuesday.
Officers allege two women were running through the back yards of area homes. Police say their footprints in the snow led to the house that had been broken into.
There were no injuries.
Those arrested and charged with burglary were 19-year-old Jaylee Follmuth and 20-year-old Deoshea Foster-Peggs. Both women are from Mason City.
Public phone listings could not be located for either women and it was immediately unclear if they had attorneys.
