A former employee has been charged with embezzling about $90,ooo from Legacy Manufacturing in Marion.
Danielle Tiegen, 37, of Marion, was charged earlier this month with first-degree theft in Linn County District Court. Tiegen, a former accountant with Legacy, is accused of embezzling funds between Jan. 1, 2008 and June 14, 2012, according to the criminal complaint.
The stolen or unaccounted for funds total $90,075 according to company officials, Assistant Linn County Attorney Nic Scott said.
