Marengo murder trial continued

The first-degree murder trial of Tonch Weldon, 37, of Marengo, has been continued to Jan. 25, in Iowa County District Court.
A pretrial hearing is set 10 a.m. Jan. 14.
Weldon is accused of fatally shooting Amy Gephart, 35, with a 20-gauge shotgun before turning the gun on himself in his home three miles north of Marengo on June 7.
Gephart was living with Weldon and his family at the time.
