Lone Tree woman killed in Johnson County crash

A Lone Tree woman was killed Tuesday night in a crash near Iowa City.
According to the Iowa State Patrol, a car driven by Sandra Wilker, 78, failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of 420th Street and American Legion Road around 5:20 p.m. Tuesday. Her car was then struck by an oncoming pickup driven by Allen Wayne Beeler, 56, of Iowa City.
Wilker was pronounced dead at the scene.
