Slippery spots factored into several motor-vehicle accidents Friday morning, including one that involved a school bus.
No one was injured when a car collided with the Linn-Mar School District school bus around 8 a.m. at the intersection of 29th Avenue and 35th Street.
Linn-Mar spokeswoman Laura Mallicoat said a car slid into a lift bus carrying four students.
That wasn't the only accident on 29th Avenue, which several drivers reported as slick this morning. Another collision was reported along the street and at least one other vehicle slid off into a snow bank, police said.
No one was injured in those incidents.
Commuters on Blairs Ferry Road were delayed by a two-car accident in front of Cocktails and Company around 7 a.m. Traffic was reduced to one lane in each direction.
Neither car sustained much damage, one person was taken to a hospital.
Around the same time, an accident left a vehicle on its top along Wright Brothers Boulevard near Highway 151. Details on that crash were not immediately available.
