Jersey’s opens second location in downtown Cedar Rapids

The restaurant side of Jersey's, which is located in the first floor of the Roosevelt building in the spot many will know as the Chop House (Teddy's before that), opened to a busy lunch rush Friday. The bar/lounge side (Crosby's before the flood) wasn't open yet, but we snuck a peek.
