Dustin Dooley, 23, of Kansas City, Missouri was pronounced dead at the scene. ... Dooley, James Hale, 28, of Redwood Valley, C. Vanderplaueg, 19, a transient, Kendra Halter, 18, of Iowa City, Iowa were ejected from the pickup bed, according to police reports. Hale and Vanderplaueg were airlifted to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital where they remain in critical condition, according to a hospital spokeswoman. Halter was taken to Frank R. Howard Memorial Hospital and was treated and released.
