(Update) Missing Iowa City 16-year-old found safe

The Iowa City Police Department reports that Zane Ormsby has been found and he is safe. The department thanks the public for their help in locating him.

The Iowa City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance to help find a missing juvenile.

According to a police media release, the last known location of Zane Ormsby, 16, was the 900 block of Willow Street in Iowa City on Friday around noon.

Zane is described in the release as being five feet, 11 inches in height and weighing 150 pounds. He was reported being last seen wearing dark jeans, a dark t-shirt, and a black hoodie sweatshirt.
