Police said the incident remains under investigation and charges are pending.
Green was also arrested for four previous accounts of intent to deliver less than 100 grams of crack-cocaine as well as an Iowa drug-tax stamp violation. The incidents ranged from Nov. 16 to Dec. 3, 2009.
As of Monday, Green was currently being held at the Johnson County Jail on a $35,000 cash-only bond.
