Iowa City man was drunk when he rolled client's Jaguar, police say

An Iowa City man has been charged with drunken driving and operating a vehicle without consent based on allegations he rolled his client's 2002 Jaguar on Interstate 80 Jan. 9.
Jacob Ray Stein, 31, of 1688 Burns Ave., Iowa City, was involved in a single-car rollover at mile marker 247 westbound I-80 at 1:07 a.m. Jan. 9. , the Johnson County Sheriff's Department reported.
Stein was driving a red 2002 Jaguar from Wildwood Bar on Herbert Hoover Highway when he wrecked the car, deputies said. Stein told deputies that the car belonged to a client at Stein's autobody repair business, the criminal complaint states.
Stein's blood-alcohol concentration at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics was .240, which is three times the legal limit for driving in Iowa.
