Iowa City man knocked out and has shoes, wallet stolen

Iowa City police say a man struck from behind while walking in a park last night and temporarily knocked out and then had his wallet and shoes stolen.
Officers responded to the area of Court Hill Park at 10:23 p.m. The man was not able to provide a description of the suspect or suspects and refused medical treatment.
Iowa City Area CrimeStoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of this suspect. Anyone with information about this crime is urged to contact CrimeStoppers at 358-TIPS (8477).
