I-380 ramp closed after semi jack-knife
CEDAR RAPIDS – Cedar Rapids Police shut down the on ramp from Highway 30 eastbound onto Interstate 380 southbound late Wednesday afternoon after a semi truck lost control and jack-knifed across the road. The ramp has since been reopened.
The driver was not injured.
