Highway reopens after crash involving school bus
Law enforcement closed Highway 38 near Sand Springs in Delaware County this morning after a head-on crash involving a school bus and another vehicle.
The crash occurred shortly after 7 a.m., and shut down Hwy. 38 just north of the Jones County line until about 9 a.m.
Monticello Schools superintendent Chris Anderson tells KCRG-TV9 that there were few students on the bus and it does not appear from preliminary reports that any students were seriously injured.
Crash occurred near Sand Springs in Delaware County.
