UPDATE: Highway 13 has reopened after a collision between a semi-trailer truck and a car.
The crash around 7:30 a.m. near Martin Creek Road left the semi across both northbound lanes.
Police said the semi-trailer truck and a car were southbound when the accident happened. A Linn County Sheriff's Deputy at the scene said the car was attempting to turn around and the trailing semi could not stop in time.
The car sustained heavy damage and went into the east ditch.
The closure lasted about 2 1/2 hours until the semi was moved around 10 a.m. No one was hurt in the wreck.
