Highway 100 north ramp closing Monday

The ramp on the north side of Highway 100 at Edgewood Road will be closing on Monday, weather permitting, as work continues on the Highway 100 extension.

Over the summer, traffic entering and exiting Highway 100 used the north ramp to move between 100 and Edgewood, while reconstruction of the ramp on the south side of 100 occurred. Both directions of traffic will switch on Monday to the ramp on the south side, which will be open. This will allow the north side ramp to be reconstructed.

The south half of the intersection to Hy-Vee also will be closed, according to the Iowa Department of Transportation Manchester district office. Traffic to the business plaza will be maintained on the north half of this intersection.

Traffic patterns on Edgewood Road will not be changed.
