CEDAR RAPIDS - Harry Connick Jr. and his big band, joined by Orchestra Iowa string players, will reopen the Paramount Theatre in downtown Cedar Rapids on Nov. 3.

Orchestra Iowa CEO Robert Massey has never seen a concert in the Paramount Theatre. It flooded right when he moved to town.
