(AP) - If you plan on wearing a Halloween costume to the Iowa-Michigan State game in Iowa City, university police have special guidelines.
University of Iowa police are asking fans not to wear authentic-looking police uniforms or player or game official uniforms. They don't wants fans to be mistaken for a player or official. Those costumes are banned. Fans also are asked to leave any weapons, simulated weapons or other props at home and not bring them to Kinnick Stadium.
