Garrison woman taken to hospital after car veers off road in Cedar Rapids
Police said Emily Dlouhy, 19, of Garrison, was northbound on Interstate 380 near the 29th Street/Coldstream Avenue exit around 1 a.m. when she went off the roadway, police said. The car hit trees and went through a fence.
Lt. Cory McGarvey said Dlouhy was taken by ambulance to St. Luke's Hospital for possible injuries.
Police were still investigating to determine why Dlouhy lost control.
A young woman was taken to the hospital after she lost control of her car and crashed along Interstate 380 in Cedar Rapids early Friday.
