Freezing rain likely to create slick conditions on roads

Some patchy freezing rain has impacted the area for a short time this morning and is likely causing some icy conditions on roadways.
The precipitation is expected to turn over to all snow by 10 a.m. Until then, the freezing rain will create some problems on untreated roads. Snow accumulation is expected to be very minimal, according to the National Weather Service.
