Fourth suspect arrested in hammer assault

Waterloo police have arrested a fourth man connected to a weekend assault.
Police arrested three people earlier this week after they allegedly used hammers and crowbars to assault five men at Hillcrest Apartments.
20-year-old Adnan Balas of Waterloo is now facing assault charges.
Paramedics took four of the victims to the hospital. They've since been released.
