Firefighters called to Cedar Rapids house fire

CEDAR RAPIDS - Firefighters responded to a house fire on the northeast side Monday night.

Authorities say the call came in at 9:33 p.m. for a fire at a home in the 2900 block of D Avenue NE.

The Cedar Rapids Police Department said everyone inside got out, so officials did not expect any injuries.

Firefighters were still on the scene as of 10 p.m. Monday.
