Fire destroys Cedar Rapids garage
UPDATE: No one was hurt in a fire that destroyed a garage early Monday morning in Cedar Rapids, authorities said.
Firefighters responded to 937 19th Ave. SW around 4 a.m. and found the garage fully involved with flames, spokesman Greg Buelow said. Crews were able to keep the fire from spreading to homes nearby.
Investigators have not determined a cause.
The garage and house at that address is owned by Gary and Sherry Holsinger, of Toddville, according to the city assessor.
