Federal investigators are charging two men for bank theft after an early morning heist in Davenport on Friday, March 19.
According to an affidavit from the Federal Bureau of Investigations, James T. Hohlfeld, 25, of Moline and his cousin, Dylan Trones stole approximately $260,000 from the Rochester Armored Car Service vehicle while it was parked outside of a U.S. Bank location in Davenport.
