Marion police say a pizza delivery driver was sent to 2055 Fifth Ave. April 3 for what turned out to be a fake delivery. Officers say when the driver arrived, a man grabbed the pizzas from the driver and made a run for it.
While investigating a break-in at Compass Learning Center May 23, officers say they uncovered information about the pizzas. On Thursday, charges were filed against two men.
17-year-old Devin Gamm and 16-year-old Troy Brincks are now charged with first-degree theft. Police say they expect to make another arrest in the case. But have not revealed who that person is or when that may happen.
