The National Weather Service is warning that there is a possibility for more storms this afternoon leading into evening times across Eastern Iowa.
The storms are most likely to occur between 3 and 10 p.m. There is a high risk of lightning, and moderate risk for large hail, damaging winds, and flash flooding.
This comes a day after a tornado tore through portions of northern Linn County, damaging property, downing power lines, and injuring at least one woman.
Updates throughout the day will be added as the National Weather Service issues warnings or more specific instructions.
