E. Iowa teen charged in baby’s death to go free in June, when he turns 18

Shawn W. Kiger was convicted in January 2008 of child endangerment resulting in the death of 13-month-old Arryana JoLee Clark, the daughter of Marvin Clark and Jessica Barnhart Clark of Delmar. At the time of the child's death, Kiger was one of four foster children living in the home of Jessica Barnhart Clark's parents. ...
