CEDAR RAPIDS – A 42-year-old Dyersville man was charged Monday with 10 counts of wire fraud and one count of aggravated identity theft in federal court.
The charges against Bruce Troyer were contained in an indictment unsealed Monday in U.S. District Court.
According to the indictment, Troyer is accused of being involved in a scheme to defraud 10 interstate wire communications from November 2008 through September 2009.
