Dunkerton man backs over 3-year-old brother

Authorities say a 20-year-old man accidentally backed over his 3-year-old brother in their parents' driveway in the northeast Iowa city of Dunkerton.
The Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier reports that little Jakob Stickfort's mother took him to Allen Hospital in Waterloo on Tuesday.
Jason Stickfort told deputies that he'd pulled into his parents' driveway for a brief stop. He soon returned to his pickup and began backing out onto the roadway. He heard a thump, so he stopped, got out of the truck and found his injured brother.
An Allen Hospital spokesman said Wednesday that he couldn't comment about Jakob or his condition.
