Dubuque Hempstead Assistant Principal released on bond
Dubuque Hempstead High School Assistant Principal Shane Oswald has been released after his father posted a $50,000 bond around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. Oswald had to surrender his passport.
Oswald is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor by a school employee, giving a controlled substance to a person under 18 and giving alcohol to a person underage. Oswald is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old female student.
