Coralville man accused of delivering heroin
Authorities have accused a Coralville man of delivering heroin at Walgreens Sept. 12.
According to a criminal complaint, Michael J. Roe Jr., 30, of 320 Second St. No. 130, arrived at 102 Second St. at 3:35 p.m. to meet a police informant who was posing as a receiver of the drug.
Roe Jr. was located by police at Walgreens in the possession of heroin. He is charged with a controlled substance violation, a Class C felony.
