Coolidge school falls to wrecking ball in SW Cedar Rapids
West Willow Elementary replaces it this fall

The demolition of Coolidge Elementary School begins Wednesday in southwest Cedar Rapids. The 54-year-old school is the first elementary to be replaced in the school district’s 20-year facilities plan.
