According to court records, (Tammy L.) Johannsen put some of her prescribed medication into a Mountain Dew bottle that belonged to her neighbor, Dustin Taylor, on May 29. Johannsen said Taylor's girlfriend, Samantha Hedger, had allegedly asked her if she had anything she could give Taylor to “calm him down.” ...
