Local residents concerned about climate change are organizing to form local chapters of a national group, Citizens Climate Lobby. CCL Executive Director Mark Reynolds will be in Cedar Rapids today and Saturday to lead a training workshop. He will discuss his organization's goals with the Gazette Editorial Board.
