City reopens northbound lanes of Dubuque Street
IOWA CITY - The northbound lanes of Dubuque Street just north of Mayflower Residence Hall are reopened Wednesday morning, according to a media release from Iowa City.
Heavy rains caused crews to close the area and divert traffic to Taft Avenue in the early morning.
