Jury selection in a Cedar Rapids vehicular homicide trial starts today.
36-year-old Troy Fox is accused of killing a passenger in his car, Ruben Mayo.
Police say Fox was driving drunk In October 2009 when he lost control of his car and crashed into a light pole.
Opening statements are expected tomorrow.
