Cedar Rapids Second Avenue Bridge to close Friday morning

CEDAR RAPIDS — A busy Cedar Rapids bridge will temporarily close Friday morning.
The Second Avenue Bridge over the Cedar River will be closed from 9 a.m. to noon Friday for pavement marking painting, according to a city-issued press release. Parking on the bridge will still be permitted during that time.
