Cedar Rapids police release surveillance photos of bank robbery

Cedar Rapids police are asking for help in identifying the suspect in a Monday morning bank robbery.
On Tuesday, investigators released surveillance images from the robbery at U.S. Bank branch at 2350 Edgewood Road SW.
Officers responded to the bank at 9:21 a.m., according to a news release.
Police say the images show a male suspect who entered the bank, demanded cash, then left on foot across Edgewood Road SW.
He did not display a weapon and no injuries were reported.
Officers ask anyone who can identify the suspect or who has information about the robbery to call Cedar Rapids police at (319) 286-5400 or call Linn County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-CS-CRIME (272-7463).
