CEDAR RAPIDS — Cedar Rapids police are asking for the public’s help while they investigate a death discovered Friday.
According to a police news release, officers were called at 8:32 a.m. Friday to the 2100 block of Westdale Drive SW for a report of a deceased person. Officers found the dead person outside and secured the scene.
No other information has been released about the circumstances of the death or the identity of the deceased person.
Investigators are asking for anyone with information or video footage of that area to call 319-286-5491.
