Cedar Rapids mobile speed unit spotted on I-380
Cedar Rapids police had their new mobile speed camera set up along Interstate 380 near the Highway 30 interchange this morning.
The red Jeep was parked on the shoulder of the southbound lanes as of 11 a.m. It has been very effective, catching 767 speeders in the first 30 days it was available.
