Cedar Rapids man treated, released after SUV flips on Hwy. 30

UPDATE - Neal Gail, 27, of Cedar Rapids, suffered minor injuries after his sport-utility vehicle went off Highway 30 in Cedar Rapids Wednesday night.
Gail was extricated from his SUV after it rolled near the Sixth Street SW interchange about 9 p.m., police said. He was taken to St. Luke's Hospital, where he was treated and released.
Gail was charged with failure to maintain control and possession of a controlled substance.
Accident closed eastbound Highway 30
An accident with extrication reported just after 9 p.m. Wednesday closed eastbound Highway 30 at the Sixth Street exit.
A sport-utility vehicle rolled on its top in the crash.
Lt. Kelly Fitzpatrick said at least one person was injured, but did not know the extent of the injuries.
