Paul L. Robinson has been charged with shooting at another man during an argument last weekend.
Robinson, 19, fired a handgun into a group of people Saturday in the parking lot at the Wells Fargo Bank, 1800 First Ave. NE, according to the complaint charging him with intimidation with a weapon, a felony.
Police were called to the parking lot about 6:15 p.m. Residents at a nearby apartment complex told officers they heard a loud argument and looked out to see a man pull a gun, fire it twice at the feet of another man, then run off.
Robinson was arrested Tuesday afternoon at a southeast Cedar Rapids address. He listed an Ames address during a court appearance Wednesday.
