Leo Alan Ray convicted of conspiracy, willful injury

CEDAR RAPIDS — Leo Alan Ray, 34, convicted of conspiracy to commit a felony, willful injury causing serious injury, and second-degree robbery in Linn County, failed to report to the minimum-security Lary A. Nelson Residential Center in Cedar Rapids as required on Friday, the Iowa Department of Corrections said Saturday.
Ray is a white male, five-foot-seven and weighing 186 pounds, the corrections department said in a news release.
Ray first was admitted to the work release facility in May.
Persons with information on Ray's whereabouts should contact police, the department said.
