Cedar Rapids man faces indecent contact charge
James W. Hansen, 28, was charged today with indecent contact with a child, according to court documents.
Hansen, of 57 Devonwood Ave. SW, touched a 10-year-old boy “on the genital area over the clothing,” the complaint said. Hansen admitted the touching, which occurred between Jan. 1 and Tuesday.
Hansen was released from jail after a court appearance.
