Car collides with power line in Iowa City
Emergency vehicles responded to the intersection of Muscatine Avenue and 1st Avenue in Iowa City around 9 a.m. for a vehicle collision.
Upon arrival, emergency crews found a male driver, whose name and age could not be verified, had driven off the road and collided with a power line. Police said the man was bleeding from his forehead, but never lost consciousness. Paramedics took the man to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics for further examination.
